Cabrera indicted on 12 counts of fraud

Samir Cabrera illegally transferred millions of dollars into various bank accounts and a Las Vegas casino account, according to an indictment released today by the United States District Court Middle District of Florida. The high-profile real estate broker is also accused of pocketing almost $2.8 million of investor’s money in a land flipping scheme. Cabrera now faces 12 counts fraud and money laundering charges as part of a real estate deal involving Fiddlesticks Blvd. properties in South Fort Myers.
